Its really bliss if we could success before 30 also - in business.. Of course, I've experinced this toooo..

There is one horrible management theory which goes as:

"Workers work hard enough to not be fired, and
owners pay just enough so that workers won't quit"

And if you look at the pay scales of most companies, again I would say there is a degree of truth in this statement.

The world is filled with more talented poor people.
All too often, they're poor or struggle financially or earn less than they are capable of, not because of wht they know but because of what they don not know...

The other truth is:

We can't change other people /character - an old saying goes , " You can't teach an old dog new tricks". Unless a person is used to changing, it's hard to change..
